Be part of Care to Share!
OWASA's Care to Share customer assistance program supports 200 families annually, ensuring they continue to have water when times are tough. Administered by the Inter-Faith Council (IFC) for Social Service, IFC supports people who live or work in Carrboro or Chapel Hill, and seek financial assistance because they experience chronic poverty or financial crisis.
